Indian/bollywood setting we are 13 people at the dinner

We are looking for a 13 people game with a dress up in Indian style over dinner plan is for the party on New Year's Eve. We are based in NZ.

Unfortunatley, I can't think of any murder mystery games with a specific Indian/Bollywood setting.

While you might be able to adapt Hollywood Lies to a Bollywood setting, unfortunately it's for at least 16 people, more than you have attending your party.
