Shorten Game

Is there a way to shorten the game as we are trying to do it at work and don't have that many hours.

My response:

I think you could shave an hour off, if you're really efficient. You can share character details beforehand and not bother with a debrief afterwards.

But even then, I think you'd struggle to get it below 2 hours.

Why not treat it as a team-building exercise?
