Host playing a role

Please help. This is the first Freeform Games we are trying. We have played Murder Mystery Games before, where you have a script.

I bought the "Dead Mans Chest" game. And was wondering if the host can also play a character? Or would this just mess everything up?

Also my 13 year old daughter is playing a character. Which would you suggest for her to play?

Any information will be great!!!!!!

My response:

I've written an article about playing a character and hosting a Freeform Games murder mystery party - click here to read Playing and Hosting a Murder Mystery Party.

It's certainly possible.

As for your daughter, I suggest either Tom, Elizabeth or Tokeleth - whichever you think suits her best.

I hope that helps - have a good party!

Don't know where to start?

Here's my suggested quick route through the site:

Step 1 - Go to Choosing a Game to choose the game that suits your party best.

Step 2 - Review the Tips for Hosts for helpful advice.
