How long does it take for Freeform Games to deliver a game code?

by Russell
(UK)

I made a payment to Freeform Games this morning for the A Dead Man's Chest game. I presumed it would be immediate download, but I have not bee sent a download code yet.

I tried to contact Freeform Game via the website form but I get an error message after submitting my question.

Please can you let me know my order status as I am hosting the party in 2 weeks time and was planning to sort everything out today.

My response:

Yes, you normally get the code immediately from Freeform Games (and the other vendors). However, I do know that they had a problem with their server over the weekend. Hopefully you now have the codes - let me know if you haven't and I'll enquire further.

Fantastic, I'm pleased to hear all is well and that you like the game.

Good luck with the party! If it goes well I'd love to hear about it via my "Your Stories" page.

code received
by: Russell

Yes, you were correct. I received my code on Monday morning due to the servers at Freeform being down on Sunday.

Now that I have had a chance to look through all the characters, instructions, and information, I must say that everything is very well layed out, and it is much more detailed than I had thought.

I think my guests will be very happy with their characters, and nobody will feel like they have a side part.
regards,
Russell
