what happens if I the publisher's website doesn't load?

Unfortunately the internet isn't infallible, and sometimes it breaks.

So sometimes when you click on a link from my site you get a blank page, or an error.

Usually, the best thing to do is wait a few minutes. That usually does the trick.

Sometimes, however, the publisher's website has crashed, and that can take a bit longer to resolve.

In that case, get back in touch with me and I'll see if I can get hold of them (they sometimes have a Facebook page, or I can email them).

If I have a problem, who do I contact?

If you’ve got a query about murder mystery games in general, please feel free to contact me.

However, if it’s a query about passwords, payment, downloading the games, or the actual files themselves – you should contact the publishers.

Can I call you if I have a problem?

Unfortunately I can't provide telephone assistance as this site is a one-man band!

I always reply to anyone who contacts me (either through this page or the Facebook comments fields at the bottom of many of the pages), but not via telephone.

Why do some pages come out blank when I print?

This can be a problem with older versions of Adobe Acrobat Reader.

The best thing you can do is upgrade to the latest version.

Sometimes the files aren't very backwards-compatible and often simply upgrading to the latest version solves the problem.
