Week Long Game?

Hi. I am planning for Teacher Appreciation Week and we like to play a game that lasts all week. Do you have/or have a resource for a game to accommodate 150+ people and last for either a week or several days? Bonus points for a Superhero theme to the mystery. Thank you!

That sounds like a fabulous project, but I'm afraid I don't know of anything that would work for that length of time.
